    No start issue

I am close to being done reassembling my 91' 318IS. This morning I tried to get the engine to fire up but no luck. It sputters and misfires but won't actually fire up. It's getting fuel as spark plugs are wet so I suspect ignition issue.

When I put the coil packs back on I wasn't sure if I wired them correctly as all the connectors are the same. How would I figure out which connector goes to which coil? Can I trace them back somewhere to the ECU?

Anything else I can check besides the ignition? I do have a lot of body components still removed off the car but everything on the engine is hooked up. Is there anything on the body that can prevent it from not firing up? There are also a few single wire connectors under the dash that are not hooked up and I am not sure where they are suppose to go.
