Hey guys,

I am leaving this here because this isnt official yet, and since this forum gets much more traffic. Some of you may be aware of a company called BimmerBrakes, they are a regional sponser on e46fanatics. The guy who runs it is named Anthony and he is a stand up guy. You will find lots of people on there that will vouch for his quality of product and service.

On e46F he recently ran a couple of group buys for high flow catless headers (also known as ebay headers) and was very successful. He and I were talking about my e30 project when he brought up that his supplier could provide a similar service for the e30 guys. A test model is currently in the works. If we can get 10 people or so then the price drops considerably. Also Anthony has connections with a shop that can powerdercoat/jetcoat the headers before they are even delivered to you.

The point of this thread is to gauge interest. The headers would include, the headers and an X pipe that fits. Also it should have a solid flange - not individual flanges per tube. When the test model gets in we will provide pictures for fitment.

A 24v header designed specifically to fit the E30 is a great idea.

It looks like I am local to MaksV, so I would be willing to offer up my car to design the headers

ceramic coating is about $100 based on info from the e46 group buy. I would only recommend this option to people who track their cars, or live in salty places...

I dont have an answer to the 24V swap question but I will shoot him a message. these are made overseas but to spec. for the e46 group buy they were much higher quality than the ebay trash. but I got my e46 ebay ones for $51 shipped, if the difference had been like 20-30 bucks I would have gone with Anthony's. I did however buy his o2 sim (he has them custom made) and it worked great, much better than o2sim.com's

also M42 headers are in the works currently. and may become available at a later date. just a heads up. so if you want m42 ones add ur name and specify, but its a bit off.

24V guys. If we get a working model we can make lots of copies, there is not plan on custom building one at this time. and just to reiterate. there are not chinese ebay crap. These are custom made to spec for Anthony.
