    Progressive spring rate

What is a good progressive rate for the front springs? I am thinking about buying the BTS suspension and the front spring rate may be a little soft. How does that compare to other springs such as:

    HR
    eibach
    racing dynamics

    H&R Sport : 182/343
    H&R Race : 315/570
    Eibach Pro-Kit : 148/275-343
IE Stage 3 : Same as Race, stiffer at compression on the fronts
    Bilstein BTS: 126-153/360
    M3: 140/250
    Dinan Sport: 171/300
    Turner J-Stock: 680/1026

Enjoy. And yeah, Bilsteins rates suck.

It took me a long ass time to get that together last winter, trust me.

I have yet to find someone who knows the Cup Kit rates. I've never been in a such eqipped car either, so I couldn't even provide an estimate for you.
