Are you adding some reinforcements to the trunk floor above that mount? Seems like all the torque will be pushing up directly on the single ply floor.

How far back are the output's of the diff compared to stock in that position?

There’s 3 motor mounts and the battery tray ties the floor together That mount is also right in between the rear seat and trunk firewalls so it doesn’t have much chance to flex.

I think this guy is pretty good at putting things not made to be put together, together.

Awesome work. I admire your fabrication skills.

LS1. Tesla. Next a particle accelerator?

EV conversations are the best. I remember seeing an e30ev about 10 years ago. With the current tech, this build is going to be amazing.

Can you share the year, make and model of the electro hydraulic power steering pump you will be using?

This is incredible. Can't wait to see the outcome.

Buddy of mine has an Electric conversion Boxster he built a couple years ago. Damn near daily drives the thing and has had almost no issues with it. It's hilarious to watch him pull up to the skatepark and plug in his old Boxster.

The power steering is from a volvo c30.

With the weight distribution, a wheelie is a legitimate possibility. I can reduce the onset of power through tuning so....let’s hope it does wheelies for the sake of youtube monetization

I doubt a wheelie bar would be a hard fabrication job for you. Keep up the work, makes my build seem like Childs play

This is awesome, way ahead of the curve. Hopefully this becomes commonplace some day.
