    Bleeding an m20

Hi guys having a bit of a strange issue since replacing the headgasket on my e34 m20b25..

Iv followed the numerous bleeding threads..
Jacked the front of the car up
    3mm hole in the thermostat
Filled all the pipes up manualy
    Etc etc
The temperature is behaving however the blower inside the car is playing games.
So all pipes are heating up (i assume thermostat is opening)
However i only get hot air at the windscreen setting not out the dash vents or foot vents. Any ideas? Or do i need to continue bleeding it some more?

    Any helps appreciated

Thank you sir! Truelly cant thank this forum enough!

For anyone experiancing a similar issue the dude above seems to be spot on, although i will feel if the 2 outlet pipes are hot. The valve gets clogged with crap (which i had loads in my system) so no doubt this is the issue.
