    WTB E53 X5 6 cylinder

    Looking for an E53 X5. Southeast US within a day's drive of the Nashville area is preferred but I'm not opposed to a fly-and-drive trip for something worth the effort.

    Things I'm pretty dead set on having:
    * 3.0 inline 6
    * 2004-2006 model years
    * Sport seats/package
    * Heated seats
    * "High" instrument cluster
    * Xenon headlights
    * Prefer black interior; brown is okay too
    * I'm not a fan of gray or tan interior, but will consider either in very good condition
    * Bonus points for an existing factory towing package

    PM me or reply here with any leads.

    Thanks!

      Those aren't sport seats and they're not heated. I might compromise on the regular seats for just the right vehicle, but no heated seats is definitely a deal breaker. Thanks though!

            I've been told in no uncertain terms from a friend who's a dealer tech to stay away from the V8s. Convince me otherwise. [emoji4]

              That's probably a safe bet :p - I've enjoyed the return to I6 myself but wanted to check since lower miles and nicely loaded.

                Checks some, but not all, of your boxes: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto...873008227.html

                I've emailed the owner- new cooling system, fuel pump, and other things. Probably too far for you and maybe too many miles, but it's so clean and has three pedals I had to mention it. I really want it, but am not ready for a new car yet.

                OBDI M62B44/6 swap
                Transaction feedback

                    Good looking out, thanks!

                    A few too many boxes un-ticked for the effort to get it across three time zones, but I definitely appreciate it.

                      i know you are interested in the e53, but any thoughts on the e70? i am considering a naturally aspirated 6 cylinder (n52b30) e70 as a family car. any feedback on this car's reliability? current family car is e83 (m54b30). been a great car, but with growing family, is getting small.
