Are you sure they're Bilsteins? I've never seen a Bilstein setup w/tender springs.

Sure looks nice... doesn't resemble anything they currently make, though. Maybe some form of prototype race suspension or something?
EDIT: Well, they slightly resemble the PSS9s... but not much.

Interesting idea for the rear setup. I looked into converting the rears to a true coilover for a while, but decided it wasn't worth it. A roll cage with points reinforcing the rear towers was necessary, as was hammering in the towers a little to make room for the spring at the top.-Brandon
