There are plenty of info, you just need to put it together.

The rest is pretty streight forward:
1. figure out what motor you would like to build
2. buy pistons, rods and crank (or reuse what you got if on the budget)
3. follow Bantley as a guide for your engine rebuild.
Cheapest and best bang for the buck would be 2.8L (84 bore short skirt M20 pistons, 130mm M20B27 rods and M52 crank).
Block would have to be machined down about 0.5mm which will should net you nice 9.5:1 compression. Right cam and tune selection could bring both HP and TQ close to 200.
Search this forum or google for Bullet_Ride. The above setup with tune and 284/272 crank gave him 182.6bhp and 193.8lbft
Good 2.7 setup will need m20b27 crank and m20b25 pistons. Might as well find M52 crank for 2.8 IMHO
