          For my 1st E30? Motor mounts. Which turned into Subframe/Oil Pan/Motor Mounts/Steering Rack/Control Arms.

Current E30? Tires. Rears were dry rotted. Then I realized I had no front sway bar, because the attachment points on the subframe had broken off. So here we go again, Subframe/Motor Mounts/Steering Rack/Control Arms/Sway bars.

My first time doing the whole swap, from getting the car in the air and the motor jacked up took me a month of working at it after work, buying parts as needed, tools as needed, and learning as I go. Now I could do it in an afternoon.

3.73 diff - bought the car with toasted diff.

This was followed by 14 inch style 5s as it initially had steel rims and plastic hubcaps.
