BMW Wheel Hub Sizes/Hub Centre Bore Sizes and ET/Offset

Final fitment of different ET/OFFSET wheels is also dependent on wheel diameter / width and chosen tyre size. You must consider the wheel ET and width change and also what size tyre you will be fitting from model to model. Height of the car will also need to be taken into consideration relative to fitting new wheels / tyres. If the car is lowered then you may have issues with rubbing/non fitment due to fouling depending on all factors above.

The higher the ET number the more the wheel will sit inside the wheel arch

Fairly useful reference material there, nice work. I did think E30s centre bore was 57.1 though rather than 57.0?

Also i think the first paragraph is a bit confusing the way it is written. I'd probably write it like:

Sorry all I could find on that was this...
What are the factory wheel and tire sizes for the E12 M535i?
All E12 M535i models are fitted with 195/70VR14 tires but there were two different wheel options. All European-spec models are equipped with 6.5x14-inch BBS cross-spoke alloys while South African-spec versions use a slightly wider 7x14-inch version of a similar design made by BBS/Mahle. The latter also feature unique center caps bearing the BMW Motorsport logo.
