    Two buttons

I've got these two buttons (orange, and blue) that sound like R2-D2. It's an e30 '93 325i convert. Fully loaded. Someone told me it was an alarm system....?

BTW picked this beauty up for $1500 last month. It's been sitting for two years, so it needs front control arms, brakes, tires and a tune up.
Couldn't be happier with my purchase :)

A/C is blue and recirculating is orange...

How many miles on said vert?

...picture of buttons might be more useful for a discussion topic... Just to state the obvious.
...what hasn’t been done to an m20 yet?

As ELVA164 said, it looks like the A/C and recirculating button. Is there a set of those buttons mentioned somewhere else? Should be to the right of the three air flow control levers. The PO could have relocated them for reasons I don't know.

Your dash looks very rearranged actually, OP. I think I see a seat heater button where the A/C usually is...Could you take a picture of that whole center section of the dash?

Pretty sure they have nothing to do with A/C. Haha

Does the operation of the switches have anything to do with the radio? I've seen folks wire up an antenna down switch or subwoofer kill switch in that location.

Otherwise, it's probably for the rocket launcher, the license plate changeover bracket or the smokescreen control.
