Damn, nice. I'm looking at a summer daily (~85 miles to and from work) and leaning towards a naked Triumph 600. Any thoughts on those from the more experienced sport bike owners?

i almost bought a speed triple when i was shopping for a bike. i LOVE naked bikes, you get the performance of a "crotch rocket", but you dont have to curl up into a ball to ride them. my Ducati has risers on it so i sit more upright, witch you probably want with that kind of commute. be safe and have fun.

Go to a local place and try them on. Fit should be your #1 priority. If you are going to wear it for any distance it better be comfortable and it should always fit properly. Once you find the Make/Model/Size you want search the internet until you find the best deal. I usually like to buy from bigger suppliers, mortocyclesuperstore.com and similar, since their inventory is fairly fresh. You don't want a helmet that's been hanging out on their shelf for 5 years.

This is the internet. Just make something up.

I've owned a couple different brands of helmets; Shoei, Arai, HJC, Icon, etc... And all have a different fitmet. The common thing is for people to buy a helmet one size too large for comfort reasons, without knowing the adverse side affects involved.
