C) Our roads here are ridiculous, so when i hear about guys cracking there pans' down in florida, i laugh, me in six months, I'm on my third pan, I would hope this skidplate is up to the task of making the third my last.

So these do have wholes for the 24v oil drain plugs, if we order the appropriate part correct? I don't want any problems with oil changes if I buy one. Thanks.

Yes they do and they are made to fit the lower pan.
