    Carbon Airbox and Alpha N GB 2018 - S14-S50-S54-S65

    2018 group buy for carbon intake systems, currently in progress. GB extended until Mar 1, 2018

    These CF airboxes are hand made here in Germany. Applications range from "fast road" to race. The airboxes have been deployed on many different cars and run at tracks around the world, including the famous Nuerburgring Nordschleife.

    Airboxes are being manufactured now and shipping as they complete (in batches). So if your order is in early, you will receive your airbox earlier. Typical lead time from order to dispatch is approx. 2 weeks.

    There are various carbon fiber airbox systems and air plenum intakes available. The airbox systems include snorkels and install kits where required. Some of the versions available:

    • E30 M3 S14 DTM CF airbox for 46, 48, 49 or 50 mm throttle bodies
    • E30 M3 S14 DTM CF airbox for S38 50 mm throttle body conversion
    • E30 M3 S14 DTM 8-injector CF airbox ('92 type with bottom mount injectors)
    • E30 M3 S14 CF replica plenum (weighs just 1.5 lbs)
    • 2002 M2 S14 CF airbox
    • E92 M3 S65 (for stock engine management)
    • E60 M5 S85 (for stock engine management)
    • E46 M3 S54 CF airbox (for Alpha N type engine management, 120 mm or 200 mm snorkel inlet)

    ECU software is available for S14, S50, S54, S65 and S85 using factory ECU. Options for engine installations into different chassis: EWS delete, speed signal delete, DSC delete, Cat monitoring delete, Alpha N mode, VMAX disable, etc. Drive-by-wire (electronically controlled TBs) can be retained when installing engines in different chassis.

    For S14 (E30 M3 and 2002tii) specific applications:

    Maxx Alpha N V2.0 with Wideband O2 closed loop control & lambda target map: 720 euro

    S14 DTM CF Airbox System -- large volume plenum, long runners, 46 or 48 mm diameter (49 & 50 mm also available, see above):

    • CF airbox with install kit: 960 euro
    • CF snorkel kit: 155 euro
    • Brake reservoir relocation kit: 60 euro (not required on race cars with dual master cylinders)

    Additional pics...

    E30 versions of the S50 and S54 airboxes have shorter intake snorkels for E30 application. Both airbox variants also work in E36 and E28 chassis. The new S50 version allows to use an internal air filter just like the S54 version does. With the air filter being internal this allows easier/simpler airbox installation and the airbox is larger in volume as well.

          Which one will fit s54 Z4m for stock management. I might be missing the picture. I see the z3m s54, does it fit Z4m also?
