(((NO LONGER FOR SALE))) slicktop 318is 161k miles (SoCal)

    NO LONGER FOR SALE

    This is my daily driver

THE ONLY REASON FOR SALE IS BECAUSE I'M GETTING OUT OF THE SCENE...

COME GET IT WHILE YOU CAN!!!! Would make for an awesome turbo project, and I do have the rare s3.46 (medium case) limited slip diff that would be perfect for a boosted 318is.

    IF YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE 1991 318is (Jr m3/poor man's m3) THEN HERE'S A LINK. http://bmwnut.blogspot.com/2006/04/1...-mods.html?m=1

Selling my e30 318is slicktop, also known as "the poor man's m3". It only has 161k miles. EVERYTHING works, there are no problems with anything. AC blows cold, heater is super hot, power steering works, power mirrors...everything works as it should with no problems. %100 full trunk tool kit.

No accidents, clean title, title in hand and in my name. Fenders have NEVER been taken off, so the fender welds/putty isn't broken. All vin #'s match, ie; hood, doors, trunk, fenders, motor, transmission etc.

Interior: %100 Non cracked dash (Super rare)Houndstooth sport interior with armrest/skiboot pass through rear seat no holes or rips, leather is soft. M3/325is 13 button obc Euro 240k motometer cluster Mtech map light rear view mirror Alpine cd player with alpine front & rear speakers with door pod alpine tweeters inside 325is tweeter pods Amp in the trunk Husco armrest with cup holders 6 tape holder center console Z4 3.0 shifter e46 sport weighted black leather shift knob Momo "tuner" (black leather with red stitching) steering wheel and momo hub Viper keyless entry

Suspension: ie3 springs Bilstein sport shocks Ground control camber plates Suspension techniques front & rear sway bars Mason front & rear strut bars

Brakes: Crown steel beaded brake lines e30 325ix double stack brake booster with an e36 m3 brake master cylinder

    Red top optima battery

    Exhaust: Cat back supersprint exhaust

Rear wing: legit e30 (not e28) mtech-1 Two piece wing.

U.S. spec elipsoid headlights and fogs. All running lights and side lights work perfectly.

    Black nose grill

    Euro grills

    BMW locking gas cap

    BMW locker lug nuts

    325is front lip

It has a super rare s3.64 limited slip differential (small case) installed. It's awesome for fwy driving and around town, it feels great. 2700rpm @ 65mph in 5th gear. Great mpg and the diff helps to reduce wear and tear RPMs on the motor... Which I was saving the motor for turbo, but plans have changed.

Rims are (O.Z. made in W. Germany) AC Schnitzer 16x7.5 type 1 et25. All 4 rims with a full AC Schnitzer 16" Type 1 spare. New 215/40/16 s-drive tires.

The motor is completely stock. There isn't even a performance chip. I've kept it this way to preserve the motor and car.

    RUST FREE SoCal car...

    Asking $6,500 FIRM

I ALSO HAVE MANY OTHER PARTS THAT WILL BE SOLD WITH THE CAR FOR MORE $$$$ OR SEPARATELY ONLY AFTER THE CAR IS SOLD. s3.46 lsd, s3.25 lsd, e36 m3 3.0 to lock steering rack, full 5 lug conversion e36 m3 fronts with 318ti rears, 16x8 2" slant lip et11 5x120 bbs rs rims.

This is a rare and legit car... I'm just getting out of the scene. Awesome daily driver. Never any problems, doesn't drip oil. h

    Pm me if interested.

    Thx!

THE PICTURES WHERE JUST TAKEN REAL QUICK WITH MY CAMERA PHONE, SORRY FOR THE DIRTINESS.

I realize you're looking to sell as a whole with the aforementioned parts, but have you thought about giving buyers the option of buying the car as is?

Someone may really like the car as it stand but not want to pay a premium for parts that they may/ may not desire.

      Just my .02

Ya, that's what I was thinking too... Really, I just threw that in there cuz I'm not looking to sling my parts before the sale, but of course... If someone wants the car and not the parts I'm sure a deal can be negotiated... I can always sling the parts online or at the shop I work at.

I think you'll have better luck selling the car by itself, than with all the extras included. As someone who's moving to the LA area in a few months, I've been checking on e30s in the area for a while now. When you see 9k in the title you expect something stunning. So even though all the extras make the price more reasonable, the photographs are letting you down. Plus I think most people just want to buy a car, and then slowly fill up their garage with their own extras they haven't put in yet.
          Good Luck either way

Wow. Taking cheap shoots against a fellow member just because he wants to make a buck. Why is it that the Mods allow this extensive thread crapping is beyond my own belief, and I am not even the seller.

For all you haters, take it somewhere else, or buy the damn car. Otherwise let the guy sell his car; he may find someone to give him close to his asking price, or else he may not.

I went ahead and cleaned up your thread, sorry it wasn't brought to my attention sooner.

Not every car is everyone's taste, this doesn't give anyone the right to ruin somebody's thread.

Best of luck with the sale.

Those are, factory BMW, leather bolsters... Not vinyl. With factory BMW houndstooth too...
