With the spring concours season just around the corner, come on out and learn a thing or two about getting your car looking great again after another mid-Atlantic winter!

Brian Lewis and John Perdue, co-owners of Speedfreak Detailing, have invited us to their new location of the top detailing studio in Northern VA. They will present a clinic on Saturday, March 28, 2015, at their shop in Chantilly, VA. The session will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and there is a $5 fee for the workshop. Hopefully the weather will be nice enough for Brian to fire up the grill!

Attendees will gain hands-on knowledge that they can take home to prepare their Deutsche Marque entry. Learning some tricks of the trade to help you spend the next few weekends preparing your car for the concours. This will be more than a brief explanation of the detailing process; it will be a chance to bring your problems to the expert for advice on what you can do to make your car stand out from the rest.

Brian plans to discuss the following topics at this seminar:
    - A quick review of some basics, such as proper detailing materials and processes
    - Paint maintenance strategies and techniques with demonstrations (washing, waxing, and claying)
    - Paint polishing and scratch removal strategies and techniques with demonstrations

Services available at Speedfreak Detailing include basic exterior detailing, paint correction, engine compartment detailing, interior detailing, headlight lens restoration, paintless dent removal, and the application of Modesta and Optimum protective coatings.
