Did I miss it or has there been any engine rebuild work?

I don’t have any service records that show a head gasket or any other re-build work. In fact, that was the first question I had when I first had serious interest in buying this car. The car pulls hard through all five gears and there is no smoke on start up and the car does not burn (or leak) oil. I’ve had several E30 owners drive my car (including my mechanic who specializes in and races E30s), and they have raved about how it drives. Never had a leak down or a compression test, but if someone who is serious wants to pay for a PPI, I’m happy to take it to your shop of choice in the greater Philly area. There are a number of good BMW indy shops to choose from. Basically, I addressed what I saw as the weak points in this car to make it a DD (minus rain/salt), and once I drove this car regularly, the engine was never a concern.

          Bump for driving videos
          Bald Rally in PA

If you are serious, PM me and I will make a video of anything you'd like to see and send it to you - cold start, walk around, etc. Thanks for all of the interest! The salt is finally getting washed off the roads here so I can get out and drive. It has been a long wintry March in PA.

My absolute favorite color combo! My 89 Delphin coupe with only 64K miles has a mint black interior, I'd give my left nut for a mint Cardinal! GLWS!

I value my classic cars based on their condition not their mileage. This is a well-cared for example that is reliable, clean, and a blast to drive. It gets compliments at the gas station every time I fill up as well as at BMWCCA events. IMHO, the value of this car is what it's worth to a prospective new owner.
