Wanted: Sterling Silver 318iS

Toying with the idea of getting back into an e30. Has to be Sterling Silver, as close to stock as possible (some modifications ok), and turn key.


My m3 is excellent, but I've been after a nice sterling 318iS since I knew what an e30 was, though not always adamant about finding one.

If I can find a good one, great. If not, no harm. Worth a try, anyhow.

I'd like to keep it nice and stock with very very few suspension mods and euro weaves. I think I'd like one in that configuration.

Too bad you missed this Sterling 318is on BAT a few months back. I think it was a really good buy especially with the BBS RS001s.

Before I became a Sterling owner myself, I wanted one for a long time too. I knew finding a Sterling 325is was a long shot, but it kinda fell in my lap. After I found it, it was an easy to decision to buy it and scrap the idea restoring my Lachsilber 325is.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for you.

iv been after a sterling sliver for a while now. there is one out in san francisco but needs alot of work. for the price of the car you can fix it how you like though. ill look for the craigslist link.

Not connected to seller. A definite rust belt special and unsure about mill (engine IS pictured but description says needs engine). It’s gonna snow soon in our parts - additional motivation to get those dead cars at your place out of the way. Rescue it and take it to sunny CA where it wants to retire after a hard life in the Midwest. PM if I can assist in any way...
