    What a headache.
Thanks for all the moral support guys.
Have you considered using a newer, more efficient style supercharger, like the Eaton TVS2 series. Might help with the heat.

Also, this is one of my favorite subscribed threads. Im enjoying the path you're forging here.

      Thanks for the support.
WOW - Nice looking stuff from Eaton - I wish I had done that from the start - However with the amount of fabrication I have done to fit the M90 in there and the amount of work I still have to do to get it tuned I don't foresee that happening anytime soon. (If I win the lottery = Hell Yeah!!)
I honestly didn't know shit about blowers when I started this - I just bought one on Craigslist & started hacking away...
(I still have plenty to learn)

Can't swing it - Flying to Chicago for IMTS that am. (sorry...)

IMTS is the only place with industry experts and solutions in once place. You'll find everything you need to stay informed.

Lysholm makes efficient chargers as well. Just happened upon this today.

UPDATE: We did a test with the bypass valves removed and the piping connected open - Blower output temperature was still higher than I would like at cruising speeds & it still made one pound of boost at full throttle with they bypass open - so I'm adding another bypass circuit and hopefully that will do it (Triple Bypass - LoL!!!)
Hopefully I can get that working properly & back to tuning ASAP.

Have you asked around Grand Prix GTP forums to find out what their stock part throttle cruise blower outlet temps on the 3800 are?

Your bypass should never be open at WOT...

Yes - That was just a quick test.

                  Update:
Added a third bypass and it's happy. Next up is heat management & continue tuning.
Hopefully by the end of the Labor Day weekend I will have a functional car.

Update: Tuning went well until we ran out of injector @ 4200RPM at WOT on 24LB injectors = Time for bigger ones.
My math has me @ 42LB injectors for around 375Crank HP & 300Wheel HP. (Blower gonna suck up around 40HP)
Any thoughts on that injector sizing?
                    Thanks.

I meant that I didn't think the bypass's ability to bypass at WOT was a relevant metric... but if you put on an additional bypass valve and measured a reduction in part throttle post-blower temps, then I guess I'm all wet.

Good to hear you're now rocking it enough to need bigger injectors.

42lb Green Giant injectors & new scaled base tune from Renevelo is in the works.
ICV needs a good cleaning or replacement & we will be back to tuning again next weekend - Hopefully this is the one that gets us on the track again.

I doubt it will be ready for the dyno for quite a while - So don't hold your breath - HeHe / But I certainly will post when I do finally get around to it.
                            Thanks.
