    What exactly is this?

My brother gave it to me and said I can use it. I saw it under his e36 though...connected to the front (bottom) of the tire wall.

So yeah, I'm assuming it's for less flex? What exactly are the pros of this are would I want to use it?

It's the front chassis brace that you remove if you install the xbrace, typically found on the LTW M3s and cabrios.

Swing wild, brake later, don't apologize.

Keep it between the drivers seat and the trans hump , that way its within easy reach to beat off the leghumpers when needed .

So would it be effective? Or would it be too much with future sways?

BTW....I did have a metal fuel rail for the leghumpers, but now that my car is stripped, it doesn't have a place.

18" breaker bars work well... "I swear officer, I'm just checking the torque on my lugbolts!"

It goes behind the trans of an E36. On my E36, I couldnt tell a difference with or without it with HR Coilovers.

I dont think you need it Kristen. You'd benefit x10,000 more from aftermarket sway bars or front and rear strut bars.
