    Water leaking in passenger floor

I have water leaking into the passenger side floor. The water is entering around where the AC lines come in thru the firewall. What did you guys do and use to seal this leak? I was thinking some clear silicon.

    thanks for the help.

have you checked to see if the elephant drain is clogged? it looks sort of like an elephant's snout coming out of the fire wall above the exhaust. pull it off and rinse it out.

I found my leak to be cracked seam sealer where the water from the passenger side grill dumps into the fender support. It drains forward towards a seam that seals the two pieces of metal under the ac grommet. You have to reach up under the fender, look at where the water dumps into the fender, and you will see this seam.
I used automotive seam sealer, and all is dry now.

                OK ,
                1. Remove You Battery
                2. Remove The Non-Slip Rubber under the battery ( At the battery Stand ) .
                3. Check Out for Rust and Drain . ( Had That Problem because Old Batteries Used to Boil Sometimes )

If You Find The Battery Place Safe and Good .

Check Out Your Drains behind The AC Blower Cover , and Clean It Good .

Last Thing , Remove This Drain In The Photo

Clean it Good and Then Put it back In With Some Gasket Maker Around The Metal to make sure it's 100% Attached.

Hope This Will Solve Your Problem .

                Other-Wise , you'll Need a Dashboard Removal and a Sunroof Drains Check .

This is the same problem I’m having. Can’t find where the cracked seam is. Could anyone show me where theirs was?
