Replacing Brake Pressure Regulator with ix booster

Has anyone done this job with a ix booster? Its hard to tell if its possible with just taking the mc off, or if the whole booster needs to come off.

What? no, just unbolt the hydraulic lines, it'll fall to the floor.

I know its only the lines holding the thing on, I'm talking about accessing it to the point where you can unbolt it. Pretty much impossible with the MC on the car. Trying to figure out if the booster will need to come out as well before I dive into it.

Get it from underneath the car.

I can get at the bottom brake line from underneath, but not the top. Both would probably be possible with a non-ix booster, but alas.

I only work on IXs and that's how I did it. But it's been about 7 years since I did that particular job so maybe I'm not remembering it 100%.
