School me on E30 outside air temp sensor workings

Im wanting to make (or buy) a small display that will show the outside air temperature while using the stock sensor in the brake duct. This would be for anyone that has a euro clock and wants the outside temperature reading back. It would use a small .28 display like the ones that are on the volt meters I have sold.



These volt meters are attached to a switch cover blank so they snap into place like factory. Im wanting to know what wire(s) are for the sensor that go into the back of a 6 button OBC.

It's an NTC sensor. You might be able to find the specific curve online somewhere - all BMWs use the same basic sensor (even new ones), they just have a different plug & housing.
