        I got my car with an amazing engine and interior with minimal body damage for less than a grand. If you paid more than I did, you don goof'd son...

        I'm all for buying an e30, but getting sll pansy excited and dropping money to buy a pretty much destroyed one that is meant for a part out/the yard... That's tossing money away unless you part it out yourself or need aparts car. That's not cool..

          Don't swap that seta, just do the 2.7i conversion.

          Since you have the harness that allows you to swap heads without changing them you can just get the 885 b25 head, ECU(173), intake manifold and that is about it I believe. Make sure you replace the water pump and head gasket since you're already there.

          If you want more power and have the money I suggest you get APR head studs and a .70 MLS gasket from WOT-tech. That way you're prepped for boost down the road. You can bust high 200s and low 300s on a simple tune and a salvage turbo ;)

          If you can afford it get new springs and have the head rebuilt and checked for bent valves. Since your car is fine you can build and collect parts along the way. Then when you get the head done and the MLS and APR in you can just swap and enjoy the 2.7i conversion till you get the boost goodies collected =)

          Call them up and ask for m20 APR head studs.

          Welcome to r3v and enjoy your stay, if you think out your questions and do a bit of searching everything is here that you will ever want to do!

          All the info you need to do the swap.

            He's in Montreal, I occasionally check montreal classifieds and e30s are almost non-existent over there.. most of them are rusted to shit, or owner wants $5~6k for decent one. But still.. if he paid more than a grand for it..

                    There are plenty of E30's for sale in the Montreal area.

                    This can be said for most of Canada, not just Montreal.

                              PO = "Previous Owner"

                              Usually on the forum we like to blame everything on them... For instance when you dent the rear quarter panel by trying to drift in the rain, and need help to get it fixed!

                                That looks fixable. The wheel/trailing arm doesn't look like it was impacted at all. I bet the subframe is straight. Of course I'm basing this off of one picture, so who knows.

                                You doing this work yourself? One of the "while you're in there" items would be a new rear bumper, upgraded that is.
