I will reiterate two things in this thread other people have said:
- Disconnect the rear sway. I noticed my car got a lot better behaved after doing so and it didn't make me any slower on the AutoX course.
- Dial out as much rear negative camber as you can. My car had -4° after lowering it (GC's at max height) and did not handle well. I didn't measure toe but it was probably bad as well. The adjusters are definitely required for a lowered E30 to make it handle well. In my experience, the cam bolt styles ones slip, so I'd suggest getting the saw tooth style, they're just a lot more difficult to adjust.
