Got the motor mounts on the E46 mount cut down the engine degreased the Z3M harness on

Waiting on new Exhaust studs for my headers

Still, a bit confused by the wiring but I am sure that some of the confusion will be reduced when Andrew send me the harness. I just sent him the DME today

Got the intake TB's to this but they aren't perfect so I am going to wait for a few things for my Dremel to come in and work on it using that.

I have purchased an S54 fuel pressure setup is there any interest in having an adapter made to make it hookup to a Standard fuel line? I will be figuring this out soon anyway. I know there is a from someone else but it is expensive.

Subframe and Oil pan are here and they look great, worth the long wait for sure. I will stab the motor as soon as Tyler sends me the smaller baffle cover for this style pan and then it will be wiring fun. Should be too bad with Andrews great harness and assistance.

Love the new sway relocation options from Tyler.

Its in and its running ( after fuel pump priming issues that were resolved by relay swap and cleaning).

It idles like crap after idling ok for 20-30 seconds. Scanned the car and got these codes.

and 145 shortly after that. The oxy sensors appear to be cooked and that is why it likely cant idle well. Over time it drops into loop its getting shitty signal. I need to finish the exhaust. I am going to run the dual 60mm off the oem section two my brother gave me and merge them into a single 3 inch that I built for the FI setup. On the headers I could not get the oxygen sensors to fit in either location of the 4-6 header so I had to add it just after the collector. One capped bung for the 1-3 header is super close to my subframe and may require further attention. Its crazy to scan an E30 with INPA!

So the S54 is in and running the only consistent issue I’m still having is a little bit of seepage from the thermostat housing Overing but otherwise it’s fantastic. Break in mileage is on the motor and revving to 8000 RPM is amazing. Need to swap in 3.25 LSD as ZF 320 and 3.73 is extremely short for a higher RPM motor, first gear is completely unnecessary, car has great mid range and absolutely screams up top but I have to grab gears very quickly. Have learned many lessons from the swap and in looking at trying to produce some parts to make the whole thing a little more simple less fabrication for DIY .

What you need to do is use the 420g like yours truly :D

Honestly though 1st gear is still useless. I have a 3.73 as well.
