Looking to see if anybody else has had the same issue. I’m putting together an S52 with a G240 & a single mass M20 flywheel with spacer. Problem I’m having is that the Bendix gear isn’t engaging with the flywheel & looks to be hitting the back of it. The starter I got from Napa is for a 90 325is. Am I using the wrong starter? Is there something else I should look for? Thanks in advance.
