Upgrading brakes

Hey, I bought my first E30 with some really bad brakes, both front and back. The chassi is a e30 320i from 1990.

I would like to run some 5-slugs and some disc brakes in the back. It currently have some terrible disc brakes in the front and some bad drums in the back and 4-slugs on all wheels.

What would you recommend me upgrading to? I am going to turbo it, so it will have some extra power. (280-300ish hk)
