    I know what the the literal translation is. Where is the power measured from? I believe BHP is the amount of horse power available, thus crank HP.

    Brake HP is crank HP. It means an engine brake, that is what them foreigners call a dyno.

      Jon, I just wanted to comment on an M20 2002 handling characteristics. I havent driven one, but I've been IN one, and you're correct it does take away some of the nature of a purist 02, and pushes a *little* more but with a few simple suspension and brake mods, it can be still very close. The overall weight isnt more than something like 40-50 lbs. With the M20, the battery MUST be moved to the trunk since theres no room left up front, offsetting a considerable amount of weight there. Also with some particular custom motor mounts that are available for this conversion the M20 is mounted closer to the firewall and I think slightly lower than an M10.
