Google drive has 15gb free so as long as the segments are short the drive should never fill up. post your region and username when you upload. And this probably be moved to general discussion so the masses see it and get out there to take some quick footage of the e30 life. I'm starting a busy college schedule September 8th so it would be be best if I had the clips sooner than later no doubt.

you should make it password protected or something, and put it in this thread, so random people don't upload pr0n videos or something.

I was thinking the same thing but with Drive its only possible to have everyone edit or everyone view, and then people with videos would have to PM me their emails so I can give them edit permission, which means they can upload. It would add one extra step of communication, which isn't too much. And even if people put on pr0n it I could just delete it! Let's see what happens and if it needs to be the send me your email for perms way I can easily change it.

I just got the drive app on my phone and you can even upload directly from a phone. Most smart phones now take good enough footage if it's landscape for 720p

I think talking about them is sweet too, say what you want to say I think a 3 minute cap per person total is good. Most won't be that long but with 3 minutes one could be make a great story about their e30 and life with it if they choose.

a 3 minute story about the relationship between me and my e30 would sound like something out of a late night dateline murder mystery story.

"to outsiders, their relationship seemed like a fairytale story. things had gone well during the first couple of years of their relationship, but over time the fiscal burden of their relationship became an issue for the husband, dave. investigators later found out that he had dismembered his wife and disposed of her after neighbors tipped them off about a suspicious package in the back of his truck"
