    86 325e crank bearing question

I'm in the process of rebuilding and the crank bearings I removed have a channel on only 1 half. All the pictures I've seen for replacements have a channel that runs all the way around on both half of the bearings. Am I just not finding the correct ones or is that how all replacements are made? Thanks in advance. In addition if someone can recommend a good seller I would appreciate it.

It’s essential to understand that bearings depend on a film of oil to keep them separated from the shaft surface. This oil film is developed by shaft rotation. As the shaft rotates it pulls oil into the loaded area of the bearing and rides up on this film much like a tire hydroplaning on wet

also need to make sure the number of tangs are correct and colour.
