Hey all, I'm building a 2.7i for my eta and trying to decide what I'm doing exhaust-wise. Engine is going to be a standard eta block, rebuilt 885 head w/ Bimmerheads 274 regrind cam and tune, 19lb injectors, lightened flywheel, eBay headers with no cat.
The car currently has a 2.25" single catback Billy Boat system on it that sounds incredible. It's a $1k catback system and I know I won't be able to sell it and get the 325i dual version of it without shelling out quite a bit more. I'd like to run a Y-pipe after the headers then single 2.25" all the way. Is that going to be too restricting? What can I expect?
