Lowbeams are always ON

So this came up just as my fuel pump died. My lowbeams wont turn off even with:
1. Switch off
2. Key is off
3. K4 relay removed
4. All of the above

I did put a jumper for the fog lamp to be always on with the high beams and without the lowbeams but that was over a year ago and this suddenly just came up :(

Any help appreciated

Damn. Not a single reply

Update: resolved. Removed the jumper for the foglamps (low beam OFF, foglamps ON) and it fixed it. Had this mod over a year and this problem shows up but whatever
