I picked up another M30b35 car though, and it's a 5speed so I am not sure if I'll keep the e24 or just get it running and sell it. I am not liking how hard it is to find parts for it (not engine related), things like interior door handles / panels and stuff like that.

Did you buy that green e34 of Craigslist?

Yep, need to see if it's just a relay or maybe faulty headlight switch. Hoping it's one of the two.

Owned 3 over the years, want to get another soon.

Spent about an hour cleaning the interior with baby wipes to get all the dirt / pet hair out before going over the whole thing with some Lexol and Meguires products.

Car starts right up, I drove it for the first time to get it smogged but failed visual because of intake boot (intake air filter to AFM). So, need to get that swapped and also figure out what coolant hose is leaking coolant and then try again.

Still haven't figured out what to do with her next, no big plans,.

$800 later she is smogged and in my name . Passed with flying colors, numbers way below average and drives super healthy .
