Interesting . What would the clutch feel and options be for this kind of setup ?

Clutch feel is not much affected like in heavy duty single plate clutches where the pedal might feel terribly stiff. There's several pressure plate spring options available for these, but I think they normally come with the hard option as standard.

Cerametallic clutch plates are usually recommended for street driving, 1 or 2-plate option, sometimes called as "rally clutch". Even these can hold over 750lb-ft/1000Nm torque.

Metallic clutch is for "racing only", it won't really slip so it's not very comfy for street use.

Several other brands on the market too, Tilton however has a very clear website where you can browse all the information you need.
