    Valve Cover Beauty Washers

This winter I pull the engine out of my E46 the shave the bay and replace the oil pump and do other maintenance. Since I'm starting to clean-up/refinish other components of the engine and etc. I started to talk to a small local machine shop that started to manufacture beauty washers. They designed and will run production of them if we can get 25-30 people interested. For a set that will do the whole valve cover, 15 washers, it would cost $30 and they could be anodized black, silver, gold, orange, blue, purple, red, or green. if you would like them in chrome it would cost $63.75. They are deigned to fit any M5X engine and s50's and s52's. If you're interested either reply to the post, message me, or go to https://zealousmfg.com/ and contact them directly

*the washers are the light grey part in the renderings. the other part in the OEM valve cover nut*

I wouldn't think that would be a problem.

That would be something that you would contact Zealous Manufacturing about directly.

Those look super nice, what's the time frame? How many more people do you need?

Make a set , get them coasted or. Whatever and install.

It will be easier to gauge interest of people have more then a cad pic and a loose pic in hand

                      Please leave feedback below, thanks

The time frame would depend on finish. But I would say, if the group buy goes through, 1-2 weeks after order. And the last time I check we needed 7-10 more people

I am assuming that you still run the rubber grommet, right?
