Some pics of my old car with the C3 coilovers installed (probably another .5 to 1" of extra drop leftover)... These pictures were taken on the infamous road I killed the car on, chuckanut drive. The suspension miraculously survived the 60 MPH head on tree collision, and lives on in my replacement E30. Just a testament to the durability of this kit. I'm rocking 750/450 and absolutely love the way it handles...lots of performance with little sacrifice in streetability. My 2 cents.

I'll post the crushed euro plate up on the tree I hit in its memory...

Now I just need to figure out what color I should paint its replacement and what wheel/tire combination I should run.

Anyway cheers to a good suspension setup! Nice work Jason!

I am about 90% sold on this for the price. How hard is it to do the mods to the strut tubes? I am pretty slick - but I do not have a welder or the no how on doing it if I had one.

You REALLY don't need to shorten the struts for any reasonable lowering. I am at almost the top of the adjuster with 1in cut out and my car is pretty low. I am capable of going 1.5in lower..

It's not hard at all...just follow Jason's instructions. They are quite comprehensive.

I would slice them. Just waiting on Slyder to reply. But I am most likley down for it.

Jason, are you willing to extend the GB deadline if the spots are not fully filled?

                      Tchao,

How long are we talking about extending the deadline here? I'm hesitant to extend the deadline because the last time I did that it dragged out for months and a lot of folks jumped ship because they didn't want to wait. Also, I'd like for folks to be able to get their kits installed so they can enjoy the rest of the beautiful summer headed our way :).

We need more to jump on this!

                            Jason,
I will be taking the standard 450/750.
                            Thanks!

I'm so tempted but don't have the freakin funds!:curse: You're about 2 exits away from, maybe we can meet up and you can give me a ride with this setup?
