Yes-
All the E30 springs have the same rates.

Since the rates on all the e30 springs are the same, can I expect the drop on the early 318i car to be close to advertized ? (due to weight difference).

The drop eg. 50/60MM is the total drop from stock height front/rear.

I understand that, but if the springs are the same for a 2800lb car and 2400lb car, the drop wouldn't be same right?

Or am I missing something and the springs are specific to each model?
