Yes-it comes with the brake ducts and some mounting hardware.
I would recommend your body shop adding additional mounting bolts.

The spoiler comes with mounting screws, but additional bolts are recommended.
I do not notice any indentations - could you elaborate with a photo maybe.

I bought and just installed mels kit. It went in without much trouble i had to do some tirming because I have an 87 vert. the quality is very good. the fiberglass is thick and rigid. the bottom valance does not have factory mounting points its pretty much a shell like you see in the photo with nothing on the back. clips could be glassed on i guess. it's a nice kit and fits well with a little work.

But upon further inspection, if my monitor's contrast isn't off-skew, it seems your product does not have them.
