Lopey Idle (under 1000 RPM) When Car Warms Up

    I'm looking for some m5x gurus. I have a m50 swapped e30. The engine is a 91 m50 non vanos with a 402 silver sticker ECU.

I'm having a lopey low idle issue. When I first crank the engine cold it idles perfect. I watched it warm up yesterday with a multi meter on the CTS and at 0.79 ohms (halfway or so to normal temp) exactly it started it's poor idle.

With its warm you can unplug the MAF and it idles fine, then hunts for a second, then back to fine. Reconnect the MAF and it's lopey again.

If you introduce a large vacuum leak (unplugging the ICV hose at the boot) it idles beautifully until you plug it back in.

Uncapping the oil fill does nothing in regards to idle speed while the engine is running.

Here's what I've done. I've tested the MAF per the Bentley and it checked out OK. I've pulled the ICV and cleaned it and it moves freely when shaken and hums with the key in ON. I replaced the CTS yesterday because why not. I've sprayed brake clean at every possible place looking for a vacuum leak with no luck.
