E30 Recaro Seat Brackets

I designed a set of brackets that adapt reclining Recaro seats to E30 seat sliders.They're made out of 12ga 304 stainless steel. The kits come with brackets and hardware for both front seats. The brackets are $145 shipped in the lower 48 and $130 picked up in Portland, Oregon for a set (both front seats).

*EDIT* Unfortunately, due to material tariffs being applied the cost of the kits has risen and the price has been adjusted accordingly.

NOTE: These will not work with manual mk2 vw recaros. The bases are not removable on those seats. The power versions are the ones you want if those are the seats you want to use.

These should work with any reclining Recaro seat with a removable base. Make sure if you buy mk2 vw recaros that they are POWER height adjustable. The manual ones will not work.

Who did the stitch job on your Recaros?

My friend Ron Allen and his girlfriend. I don't think they are in the business any longer. At least not independently like they once were.

I don't think they will work with fixed back seats. I could be wrong, but I believe those use side mount brackets.

I'm not sure about Corbeau seats. Do you have measurements of the hole pattern?

I did a little research and they won't work. Bolt holes aren't the same :(

Bummer. If these sell well enough to warrant making any more of them I could incorporate that into the design next go around.
