    It says AC Schnitzer on the front with 87-91 325 BMW in smaller font below. Standard ebay chip that raises the rev limiter to 6900, eliminates top speed governor, and adds a claimed 18-20 hp.

    So is this for an i or an e. Did AC Schnitzer ever actually make chips for cars?

      For the i, since it raises the rev limit to 6900, but the seller needs to specify which ecu it is for--153, 173, 525, 380. No, ac schnitzer never made chips.

        Uh, I don't get it. AC schnitzer never made chips (I also saw some posting where someone posted their email to AC Schnitzer to confirm this). But these AC Schnitzer chips keep showing up on Ebay. Puzzling.

          they're knock offs, these are burnt copys of AC chips that would have been in the older AC cars, no gaurnatee's that they wont' blow the hell out of your motor thou.
