      I have a feeling I would have enjoyed this thoroughly.... and perhaps my car has this type of "stance" or whatever that is appreciated? Im not versed in this phenomena I just modded my car how I liked it. Anyways, damn you DMV, damn you.

                    Well, thats the reason for stopping him. Surely he used that as an excuse for writing him up for any number of other things he noticed. Its a classic, well-worn, and frequently used pig strategy.

                      Right, Im sure that cop gave out alot of tickets yesterday too. All it takes is a bullshit reason to stop you... Then they pop your hood and you get a ref. ticket lol.

                          Went down there yesterday, overall a good day.
                          talked to the cops in the morning and they were pretty mellow. A few locals in the appartments overlooking the parking lot had complained about loud stereos and exhauts.

                          They wrote out a bunch of fix it tickets, could easily have closed the whole thing down for not having a permit.
