was thinking about m50 cause m42 is hard to find here in malaysia..so is it hard to swap m50 into my car?

Hey, welcome to the site. Sweet car. Ya, an M50 would be nice in that car. They are not too hard to swap out. Look in the engines section, they have all the help that you could ever ask for:)

holmes: Yeah they do have it here but i've seen it twice..my mech said that s50 is hard to find here.. he advise me to swap m50 instead.. btw what is the price like for a m50 swap?

KangamangusDriver: the Mtech 2 was installed by me..front and rear bumper are the real stuff but the door panel n skirts are fiberglass.. It gave me a hard time to seacrh for the door panel n skirts..after much of hours wasted i decide to put on the fiber ones hehe.. oh btw will take more pics when time permits.. hehe

No it would not.....eliminates the contrast and makes the auxiliary fan very visible and looks like youre missing a grill. Plus the kidney grills is the mark of BMW. but thats my opinion. I tried it on both my cars and wasnt convinced.
