I don’t think anyone ever asked what was under that vinyl on the roof... probably just peeling clear coat but I would want to know if I were buying. When I sold my 996 the BaT brigade spent hours and hours tearing my auction down because of an over rev years ago.

Yeah, good point. Strange how some Bat auctions slide by without crazy scrutiny and others get smashed with microscopic complaints.

Yeah, if you sell it in the next year or so. This number will go down over time though just like the rest of the swaps.

The red vert, pretty immaculate 82k miles went for 16k on BaT. That is um healthy.

Maybe I'm just so used to seeing those kind of wheels on E30's at the track, that they don't really bother me as much. I will say that dealer does bring some interesting cars to the block, and I have talked with him some outside of BAT. He's an enthusiast/car guy who does this on the side. There was one iX touring he had a while back I really liked..

He also writes a monthly column for Roundel. Flies planes for a living. Races cool cars on track, dirt and ice. Buys and sells cool cars for side gig. Lives in the mountains and enjoys all the outdoor fun that comes with it. World's most interesting man?

At 10.6 that was a really solid sale. Amazing the difference in prices in just 12 months.

Not really a surprise. It's a bit too modified for the room I am thinking. Plus, it's a red M3 - everyone has one.
