I found pictures of that kit on the burgundort car listed in a old catalog. It's made by EBS Design. More then likely, the EBS looks just like BBS stamped on there?

I met that guy in a Wendys here in Springfield.

Asked me "What airdam was on my E30" as I walked in the door...obvious E30 guy...then I saw that burgundy car on the other side. Fucking schweet car, but had a different airdam on it then.
