Just finally got my cluster back together and working completely, now that it's comprised of parts from 5 different E30 gauge clusters.

sounds like my cluster. fighting one dead gauge after another. i think it all works now!

-transmission seals all around
-z3 1.9L short shifter and related bushings / etc.
-driveshaft / flex disc / center support bearing
-shaved stock flywheel (~12lbs) and resurface / rebalance [**at machinist now!!**]
-degrease undercarriage due to transmission leaks
-rewire front ABS sensors (5-lug swapped)
-detail whole car and engine bay
-clean / paint wheel wells
-repaint rear valance and trunk spoiler
-repaint red tail lights
-repaint brake parts (possibly silver or red again for calipers)

Need to fix the head gasket on the m50 swap car. While the head's off I'm puttin in my s50 cams, 3.5" HFM, etc. If I can't get all that in I have my dd 90 325ia I just picked up but it's completely stock.

1. Install missing front brake ductwork parts and inner plastic (PITA, done.)
2. Paint and install missing LH fog delete
3. Throw in the new floormats (done)
4. Gather and install cd head unit and speakers (done)
5. Drop the lower oil pan & check for missing bolts
6. Change trans. and diff. oil
7. Install new O.E. mudflaps (also a PITA, done.)
8. Flush braking system
9. Purchase/install new battery (done)
10. Install German check panel (done)
