good price for 5-lug conversion?

Found this for sale.. Is it a good price?

I have a 5lug lug set up for e30 84-91
2 Trailing arms 1997 318ti
2 e36 non-m front knuckles with 3 inch break ducts
2 H&R sport drop springs
1 rear subframe
All or nothing 400$ or best offer

Maybe offer him like 250-300?

Well, in my opinion the complete 318ti trailing arms are worth about $250.

Non-M E36 front parts are a dime a dozen and not worth much at all.

You won't need/want that rear subframe, you'll use the original one from the E30.
