Best product to repair forward center console?

There's a small chunk missing from my forward center console where the tabs from the rear center console engage it.

What's a good product to repair this/build it back up?

This is what needs to be filled:

I've already fixed the crack to the right with some fancy industrial glue, but I'm not sure it's the right stuff to try to do a "bulk" fill of the missing area.

Expanding spray foam from like Home Depot is the same material. Buy a can and squirt a bit in there, then trim it off after it drys. I would mask off the surrounding area first (on the front) and only use a tiny bit as that stuff expands a lot more than it would seem.

The Home Depot stuff is *WAY* less dense than this urethane.

Anyway... I found this in a dive shop and used it for S&G's:

Duct tape form for the glue:

        Fully cured glue:

        It's pretty tough stuff already!

I think there are 2 densities of the expanding foam. I think it would have worked too, but that shit can be messy..

I used White Gorilla Glue. It's a urethane adhesive that expands from a liquid into a foam as it cures. It appears to be pretty much the ideal adhesive for this purpose.
