If it's for your white car, be advised one or more of the pieces of door trim are different sizes between verts and non-verts. Ask me how I know...

Thanks man! Let me know how the trofeo rs are. I will be downsizing tire from 17s to 16s. and pirelli makes some nice 16 sizes. Also def get a baffle for the pan. the car looks great!

Yep, it's a 1978 242 with an old Red Bull Nationwide chassis. It got 4th in Montreal with Steve Wallace at the wheel.

                    Whoa! Who made that bellhousing?

Oh, and how old are those Countach tires?

*** Edit: NVM. I see they're still available from Tire Rack, at $790 PER TIRE!

Your E30 is cool but that Volvo is friggin sweet. Those are some huge tires. After reading about it being swapped into a Miata I wondered why that J-series V6 isn't a more common swap, with how light it is. But I imagine RWD transmission options are tricky.

Not to mention there must be a lot of those motors seeing they came in the Odyssey, which were known to have transmission problems.

EDIT: Holy cow! There's literally dozens of them at wreckers in our area for $500-ish for 2000-05 and $700-ish for 05+. Sounds like a good engine for chump/lemons.

Well that trans is worth more than my entire e30 build but you can get cheaper transmissions that will work but the whole setup won't be cheap.

Got a small update on the e30 that I will post tonight.

All this talk about crazy tires and that 345/35-15 and guess what I saw the other day behind a dumpster at the local Chevron station: a discarded very worn 345/35-15 Pirelli!!

                                I know, I know

Well the problem with the the lack of power to the window and blower motor relays is because of the wiring harness. I jumped the power in the the fuse box and found only one of my window switches worked correctly. I guess I'll being learning to rebuild window switches this weekend.

I'm also not happy that the front is sitting so high even with the e90 drophats. We want to put some miles on the car first but we may be getting custom springs made in the next few weeks.

and for the people that need pics, three turbos, an Andrews transmission, and a Honda F1 header.....
